摘要：The printing plate feed system uses a transport device in contact with thesurface of the printing machine for feeding its front edge into engagement with a clamprail of the plate cylinder, with the register alignment of the printing plate checked at theclamp rail, before the printing plate is secured. The register alignment is checked at twospaced points along the clamping rail via a pair of register pins (6), with the printing platereleased by the transport device for a given interval when the register alignment is notobtained at both points, before again feeding the printing plate in the direction of theclamp rail.
