I think the diet and lifestyle of teenagers are ofen a headache to alts.But,the good news is that you can feel better ,look better and have more energy ifyou eat the right food and exercise regularly.
healthy eating along with regular exercise is the only way to keep fit. Eaating more fruits and vegetables .If you take in the correct number of calories ang exercise regulary , you will lose weight ,keep fit ,and feel great.
A good amount of sleep every night is also import for you health. teenagers need 8 to 10 hours of sleep aech night . As number of fact , loss of sleep can make you feel tired , and even cause you to put on weight .
If you follow the suggestion above , you will look and feel much better in no time at all
